The Village Store on Townsend Avenue in Boothbay Harbor will close for business this year after operating as a household gifts and children’s boutique since about 1955. The shop anticipates opening in the spring three days a week beginning Thursday, May 18 to sell at a discount remaining merchandise and display items. Infant and toddler wear will continue to be offered in the House of Logan, as well as selected gift items.

Our decision to close comes after much thought about the future of the business and property, and our interests in continuing.

The three House of Logan stores in Boothbay Harbor, Camden and Bath will continue operating as they have. Many sincere thanks to all our customers and staff for your loyalty these many years.
